A Wonderful Testimonial

I had to share this with you on my main feed (even though it is in the Testimonials Tab, above)

“I am working evenings and was unable to attend tonight
However I walked through the door and was bombarded with my daughter explaining everything she learned today.  She talked non stop for an hour, took my phone educated me on the do’s and don’ts of social media
If I had explained all this to her she would look at me like I was from Mars.
However, today was an eye opener and from what I understand an eye opener to many people.
So thank you for setting this up. My daughter is social media savvy and educated today hopefully making her safer in the world and in her surroundings.  Many thanks”
This parent email sums up the impact of your presentation to the students at Cairine Wilson.  They are better prepared for the world of social media with their portable electronic devices with the tips and advice that you provided them.  Tom Macartney, Principal, Cairine Wilson, Ottawa

St Mary, Oakville

April 20, 2016

Almost 12 months after my first visit, I returned to St Mary in Oakville today.   Students were attentive as last year, and tonight we TRIPLED our parent audience from last time.   Word of mouth – can’t beat it.   Awesome to be back and make an impact on the community.

St Brigid, Brampton

April 20, 2016

Today in front of her mother and father, a 9 year old girl shared a comment that I will never forget.  “Thank You for making everyone understand”..  Which reflected why her parents had rules and guidelines in her home for online safety.   Impacting students is incredibly rewarding.    Thank You to staff and parents for a great day.

Birch Cliff

An excellent day at Birch Cliff today with students and parents.  Thank You to  Parent Council who worked to get me to your school 11 months ago!  The Q&As with the grade 7/8 classes was very tech savvy.

Our Lady of Hope, Richmond Hill

April 15, 2016

This afternoon, I returned for my fourth visit to Our Lady of Hope in Richmond Hill.

It is honestly an honour when a Principal invites me back multiple times, knowing the students will benefit from my message.  On a side note – great to be remembered by this year’s Grade 8 class, who were sharing stories from last year, and their session.   Thank You!

Cardinal Carter, Richmond Hill

April 15, 2016

I am honoured to return today and speak with the Grade 12 students at Cardinal Carter.

In a session tailored for a group of students who will shortly be graduating from this IB School, the students responded very well and were focused.

Thank You for inviting me back.
