When the last parent leaves at 9:15pm, I call it a good day! Parents at St Davids were very interactive with lots of Q&A. Parent council did an amazing job at marketing and facilitating a great evening. Thank You for your fantastic feedback on my day and evening. Today’s group of students were terrific. The grade 7/8s stayed well into their recess time to ask extra questions – and that’s amazing! The students created a flyer promoting the day/evening that I will scan and post – very creative.

Up to Keswick and speaking at St Thomas Aquinas to one group of Grade 4-6 students. We had a line-up after the presentation and Q&A, of extra questions! When children give-up their recess to stay back and ask more technology questions – it’s a great reward! Thank You to the parent community this evening for your great feedback.

As the month draws to a close, I returned to St Margaret Mary. My first visit was two years ago.
It was a great day with two excellent groups of students. The grade 7/8s had some very unique and targeted questions. A very good sign of making specific changes to their online lives upon returning home tonight! This evening was very well promoted by parent council and school administration. An engaged crowd that stayed focused as we went well into extra time! Your feedback submitted was amazing. Thank You!!!

Another Excellent day – this day at Wheatley. In-tune students with great questions. This evening ran over 2hrs 15min. Thank You to all the parents who kept it going, and asking those great questions. Your feedback, and feedback from your children that you shared with me was amazing.

A day away from a school – but a day filled with speaking to school administrators! I had the pleasure of speaking to a wonderful group on an abbreviated version of my presentation – and very well received! Vineland PS in Niagara – A great little community with excellent students today. Both groups were asking excellent questions, and thanks to the group of five girls who stayed behind after their session asking and writing so many notes! Two great sessions with the students at Princess Elizabeth today. The grade 7/8 audience was in-tune for one full hour – great listeners! Thank You to parent council for allowing me to speak with the parents (and teachers who returned!) this evening – filled with great questions.

With such a large group of grade 10 students, we broke up the session into two assemblies. It worked out very well. Thanks to the support and kind words from parents who attended this evening. And a special thanks to the parent who noted she has now attended FOUR of my presentations… I’m speechless!
