With a break at Hopewell Ave, I had time to visit and present to various members of the Department of National Defence at the Army Officers’ Mess today.

The energy with the Grade 7/8s was tremendous! A great parent audience this evening with some excellent questions! Yes, some challenging – but that is good!

Denlow PS in Toronto today started off with an wonderful session to the Grade 4/5/6s (over 250).
What an amazing night with parents. Triple the anticipated audience, and scrambling for chairs. LOVE IT!
The parent council did an amazing job at marketing the event, and drawing a great crowed. Thank You for a great day!

The second part of my day was at Victoria PS speaking to the Juniors.
The parent session was a collection of parents from other schools also, who attended – and some high school students that attended with their parents. The high school’s students participation was much appreciated.
